Your download links / log in details are automatically and instantly emailed to you. They would have gone to the email you checked out with. If you checked out with PayPal, then they would have gone to your paypal email.
Please also check your junk mail, gmail tabs, and any other spam filter. You can also drag my emails from the Gmail "promotions" tab into your "primary" inbox. If you do this a few times Google should learn that you want to read these.
The best way to fix this is to add my email address to your address book / safe senders / google contacts / white list.
Let me know if you still can’t find it. I’m sorry for any inconvenience
You can easily cancel anytime by following these steps.
If you are not hearing any sound it is likely because of 1 of 2 reasons.
1 - Make sure you are only playing keys from C3 to B3 only. That is where the chords live.
2 - Make sure the Chord Set knob is on 0 to 7. There are 8 sets there. Anything higher than 7 will have no sound.
If that still doesn’t work, let me know
I'm sorry to hear you are having trouble installing. Here’s some things to try.
1 - Please double check the installation instructions and make sure you followed all steps.
2 - Try opening the included Ableton session. It includes the plugin pre loaded onto a channel. Once that session opens you can save the plugin to your user area by clicking the plugin save disk icon in the top right hand corner of the plugin.
3 - Try updating to the latest version of Ableton 9 (or 10). (it’s a free update)
4 - If you are still having problems, watch this video
If you are still having problems let me know. I want you to get this working as I know you will love it. However if we have tried everything and it is still not working I will of course refund you.
These songs were written by other people, and unfortunately i can’t sell or give way kits that contain sounds from other peoples songs. It would be copyright infringement. However you can download my kits of my own songs here.
The kits use samples that are layered together to simplify the performance of the song. They also only contain the bare minimum samples to complete the performance. Where as the sample packs contain all the samples, separated, normalized, labeled and filed in folders. eg, kicks, claps, stabs etc. If you don’t plan on using the sounds in a Maschine kit performance, then the sample pack is more useful. Although, even if you have the kit, you would still find the sample pack more useful in your studio productions.
All the kits have been tested and should have all the required samples. If Maschine tells you the kit is missing samples, one of two things might have happened. 1-Your download may not have completed correctly. In which case please try to download the kit again. or 2-Sometimes Maschine might not understand where the samples are saved. When it asks you to locate the samples, just point it in the right direction. All samples should be in the included folder that comes with the project file. One more thing. Make sure to keep the project file and sample folder together. Don’t copy them to two different places. If it’s still not working then contact me.
All the kits have been tested and should be fully functional. If you are having problems, the first thing to do would be to update your Maschine to the latest software via the NI Service center software on your computer. Most of my kits are built as version 2.x Kits. If you are on version 1.x you won’t be able to open the newer kits, only the older ones.
You can save the kits/samples where ever you like on your hard drive, but Maschine does also have a default user area. E.g. for a Mac, look for the folder ….Documents/native instruments/maschine 2/ (I assume PC is something similar. Please contact me if you know this so i can update this section) The samples from sample packs i normally keep in my own sample folder and you can import them into maschine through the maschine browser. That way you can tag them while you import them too.
All the .zip file are complete and do not have errors. We try to make sure the .zip files are compatible with as many computers and programs as possible, but unfortunately it’s not always possible. If you can’t unzip the file, please try a different unzip program. Alternatively you could have this problem if your download did not complete entirely. e.g. your internet connection/something else made the download stop before it could finish.
