We don’t teach people how to use their DAW as that information is easily available everywhere. 

Instead, we teach them how to write, produce and mix music. 

It’s kinda like this... We don’t teach you how to use a hammer, but we teach you how to build a house. 

It’s much harder to learn how to build a house than it is to learn how to use a hammer. Most people can figure the hammer out themselves.

Although we use Ableton (and sometimes Logic and FL Studio) to demonstrate things, our lessons are not specific to any DAW.

The techniques you will learn from us apply to EVERY daw. 

We teach people how to write great songs fast and make them sound amazing.

These are much more valuable lessons than a daw tutorial.

You can easily update your card yourself in your Bass Kleph account.

Here’s a video that explains it.

The video is really for how to cancel an Inner Circle membership, but it also shows you how to update your credit card info.

After you finish a purchase you will be immediately taken to your member area (Library) where you can access/download your course/plugin/etc.

Also, your login/download links are automatically and instantly emailed to you. These will be sent to the email you entered on check out.

Sometimes people confuse which email they entered so please check all of yours including your PayPal email. 

Please also check your junk mail, Gmail tabs, and any other spam filter. You can also drag my emails from the Gmail "Promotions" tab into your "primary" inbox. If you do this a few times Google should learn that you want to read these.

The best way to fix this is to add our email address to your address book / safe senders / google contacts / white list.

Other times people accidentally misspell their email and their login details get lost. 

Here's the steps to take if you can't log in.

  1. Check your junk mail and gmail tabs for our auto email with your log in details.
  2. If you can't find it, go to and click "forgot password" to get a new password
  3. If it say your email is not recognized then try your other emails
  4. If it still doesn't work then you might have misspelled your email at checkout. You can then send us a message and we'll get it fixed for you.

These online group sessions are an excellent way to get realtime feedback on your music.

 Firstly, you will need to be an Inner Circle member, or have purchased The Road To Main Stage.

 Next, log into your account on then go to your "Product Library", and find "Inner Circle". Inside there on the right-hand side of the page, you will see the weekly session times, links to join the calls, and the current password.

Please upload your song before the call to you are ready to go. I recommend using It's free and fast.

The feedback sessions are every Wednesday at 3 different times.

We cover 6 tracks in a one hour session. Students are chosen via a randomizer.

We usually only have 10 people attend, so the odds of getting feedback are high.

If you miss out, there are always the other sessions, the Inner Circle community, or you can arrange private 1 on 1 mentoring.

You can easily cancel anytime by following these steps.

  1. Log into your account on
  2. Access your account by clicking your avatar photo in the top right-hand side of the website.
  3. Click "Settings"
  4. Then click "Credit Card Info" on the top right.
  5. You will now be able to see your "Active Subscriptions". From here you can cancel your membership.
  6. If you signed up with PayPal, you can simply cancel it from within your PayPal account.


nb: If you signed up before November 2018, you will need a manual cancelation. Just send us a message and we'll take care of it for you. 

If you are not hearing any sound it is likely because of 1 of 2 reasons.

Make sure you are only playing keys from C3 to B3 only. That is where the chords live.

Make sure the Chord Set knob is on 0 to 7. There are 8 sets there. Anything higher than 7 will have no sound.

We're sorry to hear you are having trouble installing. Here are some things to try.

1 - Please double check the installation instructions and make sure you followed all steps.

2 - Try opening the included Ableton session. It includes the plugin pre-loaded onto a channel. Once that session opens you can save the plugin to your user area by clicking the plugin save disk icon in the top right-hand corner of the plugin.

3 - Try updating to the latest version of Ableton 9 (or 10). (it’s a free update) I'm not sure if they work on anything older than v9.6.

4 - If you are still having problems, watch this video

If you are still having problems let me know. I want you to get this working as I know you will love it. However, if we have tried everything and it is still not working, we will of course refund you.

All the .zip file are complete and do not have errors. We try to make sure the .zip files are compatible with as many computers and programs as possible, but unfortunately it’s not always possible.

If you can’t unzip the file, please try a different unzip program.

Alternatively you could have this problem if your download did not complete entirely. e.g. your internet connection/something else made the download stop before it could finish.
