Terms and Conditions

We periodically review and update our Terms and Privacy Policy to reflect best practices and platform improvements. This version reflects updates as of June 21, 2025.

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the websites, products, services, and content operated by Bass Kleph Music S.L. (“we”, “us”, or “our”), including but not limited to online courses, mentoring programs, community platforms, downloadable content, and live group sessions.

By accessing or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our services.

1. Who We Are

Bass Kleph Music S.L. is a company registered in Spain offering online music production education, mentoring, and related digital services. Our programs are delivered via platforms including Kajabi, Zoom, and others.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By using our site or enrolling in our programs, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. Intellectual Property

All content provided by us, including videos, PDFs, downloads, templates, checklists, and recordings of calls, are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or share any of our content without our express written permission.

Access to course materials is granted for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not give, sell, or lend your login credentials or course materials to others.

Access to our programs is non-transferable. If we detect shared logins or unauthorized access, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account.

4. Payments, Access, and Refunds

Payment is required in full or via our approved installment plan to gain access to paid courses, mentoring, or resources.

Refund Policy: Our courses typically include a refund period stated on the checkout page. Refund requests must be submitted within that period via email to [email protected] and must include your full name and order confirmation. Requests made after the stated deadline will not be considered. Outside of that timeframe, all sales are final and non-refundable.

If you request and receive a full refund, your access to all course materials and community platforms will be revoked.

We reserve the right to adjust pricing, offerings, and availability at any time.

We also reserve the right to revoke access to our services without refund in cases of breach of these Terms or behavior that violates our Community Guidelines (see Section 5).

5. Community Guidelines

We offer access to a private community for students and members. By participating, you agree to:

  • Be respectful and constructive

  • Refrain from harassment, spam, or emotionally manipulative behavior

  • Follow the rules and instructions posted within the community

We reserve the right to remove individuals who violate these terms or disrupt the experience for others. This includes revoking access to community platforms and live sessions, without refund, if behavior is deemed abusive or harmful.

We reserve the right to deny participation in group calls or community forums at our discretion if we believe your involvement is harmful to the experience of others, even if you have paid for the course.

6. Recorded Sessions and Content Use

Group calls, mentor sessions, and feedback sessions may be recorded and used for:

  • Replays for other students

  • Training purposes

  • Promotional or educational content (social posts, testimonials, case studies, etc.)

By participating, you consent to being recorded and grant us a royalty-free, worldwide license to use your voice, likeness, and contributions for the above purposes, unless you opt out in writing (see Section 10).

If you do not wish to appear in recordings, you may:

  • Use a pseudonym

  • Keep your camera/mic off

  • Submit questions via chat only

We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate opt-out requests, but cannot guarantee removal from past group recordings if editing would be burdensome or affect educational value for others. These recordings are not made publicly available and are only shared with enrolled students.

We may restrict live session access to individuals who repeatedly request removal or disrupt calls.

Requests for removal from recordings or promotional content will apply going forward. While we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate historical removal requests, we cannot guarantee edits or deletions from previously published content unless legally required.

7. User Contributions

You are solely responsible for anything you post in our community or submit as part of the course. Do not post anything defamatory, illegal, or that violates the rights of others.

We may moderate, remove, or refuse any submissions at our discretion.

8. Disclaimers

Our courses and services are educational in nature. We do not guarantee specific outcomes, label signings, or earnings.

You understand that results may vary and depend on your own effort, experience, and application of the material.

All information is provided “as is,” and we make no warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bass Kleph Music S.L. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

If we are found liable for any damages, our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the specific product or service.

10. Opting Out of Recordings or Promotional Use

You may withdraw consent for your appearance in promotional materials or future recordings by contacting us in writing at [email protected].

We will honor reasonable requests where you are the primary speaker or sole focus, and where removal does not compromise the experience for other students.

We do not guarantee removal from incidental appearances in group recordings unless required by law.

Requests must include sufficient identifying information (e.g., name used on Zoom) and may take up to 30 days to process.

Opt-outs do not apply retroactively unless a specific written agreement is made.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain and the European Union. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Barcelona, Spain.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes indicates your acceptance. We recommend checking this page periodically.

13. Termination of Access

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services, community platforms, or calls at any time if you violate these Terms, cause disruption, or act in a way that we deem harmful to the company, our team, or other students. In such cases, no refund will be provided.
